Background in food science and chemistry. Experienced in the food industry with previous R&D positions and close to 10 years in technical services with ingredient distribution handling all types of food ingredients & applications. Brian is proficient at technical consulting and product development bringing a balanced approach to evaluate your product formulation needs from a view that is not tied to any specific supplier incentives. The goal is always to help with product creation and optimization in a way that makes sense for your projects. Brian also has spent years in North America and Asia and can provide knowledge and resources for compnanies or proudcts that may require support for import/export to different markets of the world.
